What is the download?

The schedules are downloaded in a simple, easy to use PDF format. Download the schedules and print out as much or as little as you'd like to help give your initial runs focus and direction.

How do I download the running schedules?

Go to and fill in your name, email address and order receipt number from your bookstore purchase receipt to receive the download link. If you do not have a receipt number, you may enter the words “Running Inspired” instead. (omit the quotation marks).
